Cellulite and Weight Loss Protocols - 10 Sessions 2-3x per week for 1 month.
1) Set Lightstim for 20 minutes with Towel Over it and Let "Warm Up"

4) Do Juvent for a warm up

6) Flip over and do another 15 Minutes with Panel on the back side where needed
7) Do 10 minutes of more vigorous whole body vibration
