Messiah Of Beauty
Prelude
Hark O Heaven’s Hark
Sing O Angels Sing
Follow me as I embark
On a gift I wish to bring
Inspire me with all your power
Fill me with the noblest of duty
That I may record this blessed hour
Anandamayi's most Messianic Beauty
Sing O Angels Sing
Follow me as I embark
On a gift I wish to bring
Inspire me with all your power
Fill me with the noblest of duty
That I may record this blessed hour
Anandamayi's most Messianic Beauty
Act I: The Valley
Scene 1: Every Valley Shall Be Exalted by Her Beauty
Messiah CD: Selection #2 “Every valley shall be exalted”
Christian Symbol: Ash Wednesday, the first day of Lent, being the seventh Wednesday before Easter. On this day ashes are placed on the foreheads of the faithful to remind them of death, of the sorrow they should feel for their sins, and the necessity of changing their lives.
Ginger’s Action: Dear Mataji, Kindly lie on your back and try to visualize the following scene.
This first Act takes place on a lush and tropically dense valley on a remote Island in the South Pacific; a mythical Eden on earth unknown to the world at large.
Unlike the rainforest, the rising and falling verdure of this island is without much umbrage and as such it opens to both the Sun and the stars. This particular scene takes place on a rare night with thunderstorms overhead, but yet the pale gibbous moon is visible on the crest of the freshly darkened horizon. The crescent Venus is also seen in what appears to be a perfect triangulation with the moon.
Ginger, our most beloved Heroine, remains supine and sheltered comfortably and serenely under a densely leafed banana tree with its umbrella-like leaves reaching out to offer shelter. She wakes up in surprise with ashes on her forehead, not seeing her familiar hometown of Sarasota. The usual sounds and sights of Sarasota unheard and unseen.
Instead, all that is heard is the emotional roar of heavens thunder accompanied by an orchestra of countless raindrops beating euphoniously upon natures pining leaves. The wind instruments are also heard through a tepid and innervating wind that crashes on the shores of her audible perception. An indescribable feeling overcomes Ginger's flesh as the thunderstorm reigns within her soul and a paradoxical peace amidst tumult stops her respiration. Her luminous glowing pulchritude beckons the moon to ensconce itself in the clouds and the surrounding mountains and hills bow down in humility in honor of Ginger’s breathless beatitude.
And a chorus of Angels’s sing
Every valley of our world is exalted
Every Mountain and Hill shall be made low
The crooked are made straight and un-faulted
And the rough places plain with Her glow.

Scene 2: And the Glory of Her Beauty
Messiah CD: Selection #3 “And the glory of the Lord”
Christian Symbol: Virgin Birth in Bethlehem (Christmas)
Biological Symbol: Parthenogenesis, which is birth from an unfertilized egg that is common in insects but not humans, at least not most humans.
Ginger’s Action: Now stand up and reach your arms up to the heavens upon hearing the word “Arise” and pretend as if you where parting the clouds as Moses parted the sea.
Then unexpectedly, Ginger raises herself from the grave silence that followed the passing of the storm with only billowy sheets of clouds surviving and blanketing the sky now calm. The melodies of nature begin to wax in unison with her resurrection from breathlessness. The violin-like music of the crickets gently strokes the dark hairs adorning her most lovely ears.
She is born anew from the virgin soil of the earth and three beautiful and tropical birds hover above her head in a circular motion singing exquisite melodies in praise of her rebirth. Redolent frankincense and myrrh aromas titillate her unusually acute olfactory awareness. Arise, Arise. Kierna stands up with her eyes, her eye piercing the heavens and then she gestures with her delicate and beauteous arms boldly holding them up to heaven… And Lo, a miracle…the clouds divide up and part revealing…
The glory of her beauty shall be revealed
From the empyrean flow of inspir’d pen
Ginger’s effulgence no longer concealed
From the stygian clouds of ignorance

Scene 3: For Unto Earth a Star is Born
Messiah CD: Selection #5 “For unto us a child is born”
Christian Symbol: Baptism in Jordan
…a new star in the heavens creating a perfect trinity with Venus and the silvery almost full moon. From this new and most brilliant of all stars flows an invisible spiraling river of light that surrounds and fills Ginger and Baptizes her with rapture. Drunk with ecstasy she dances under the pale moonlight with throngs of crickets, fauna and flora cheering and praising the sight. The glory of her resplendence is revealed for all to see.
For unto us on earth a Star is born
And her name shall be calleth Wonderful
With Heavens white light and terrestrial form
The Lamb of Beauty does shed her wool
Naked with Innocence and Humble with Grace
Heavens river flows and Baptizes her Face

Scene 1: And Suddenly there was with the angel…
Messiah CD: Selection #6 “And suddenly there was with the angel”
(Transfiguration on the mount---mental control---monadic contact for the first time-venus sanat kumara-babaji?—jewel in the heart of the lotus
Transfiguration, in the New Testament, manifestation wherein Jesus appeared “shining” before Peter, James, and John. The traditional explanation is that in it Jesus' divine glory shone in his earthly body. Mt. Tabor is usually said to be the mountain where it took place. The event is commemorated in the feast of the Transfiguration on Aug. 6.)
Luke 2:13 And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God and saying…
Luke 2:14 Glory to God in the highest, and peace on earth, good will toward men.
As She Arose from the River Of Life
Washing aways her past suffering and strife
Magically she ascended to the nearest peak
Looking down the valley at herds of sheep.
Shouldering some pain, wings began to grow
Suddenly there was an Angel Pure as Mountain's snow

The Sunday before Easter, observed by Christians in commemoration of Jesus's entry into Jerusalem, when palm fronds—large leaf palm or fern--- were strewn before him.)
Psalms 2:1-2 Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing? The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the Lord, and against his anointed, (saying…)
The Descent into the World
To Bless and uplift the suffering and downtrodden.
Met with resistance and fighting symbolizing our resistance to change and clinging to rigid beliefs.
Only love can Rain in the Valley,
But for love to reign in the valley of sorrow
We most torch the past and burn the 'morrow.
She is like a refiners fires
Striking our hearts with the hammer of love
Our pain is consumed in the empyrean pyre.
The refiner's fire is not a comfortable place to be. It involves intense heat and repeated hammering

Scene 3: He Shall Feed His Flock Like a Shepherd
(Last Supper, in the New Testament, meal taken by Jesus and his disciples on the eve of the passion. Jesus broke bread and passed a cup of wine among the disciples, identifying himself with the bread and the wine and linking the meal to his impending death on the cross. The meal was an anticipation both of Jesus' death and of the eschatological banquet referred to in several Old Testament passages and by Jesus himself. Christians see the Last Supper as the original of the Eucharist.)

(Crucifixion)
Revelation 5: 12, 13 Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing. 13. And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, heard I saying, Blessing, and honour, and glory, and power, be unto Him that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb for ever and ever.

How can I put into pale words
A Beauty this world has never heard
The Moon wanes humbly as you rise
With waxing smile and starlight eyes
My heart is reborn and ascends into glory
As I blissfully write your Beauty's story
